This is the blog of “The Wandering CEO,” a property rental management company. In the summer of 1974, I set out on a journey overseas with the mindset of “I’ll see anything!” Two years later, in 1976, I wandered Europe for a year. What I saw abroad back then has led me to the co-lifestyle that is now sought after in Japan.
