A 登記簿には、土地・建物の所在地や広さなどの物件概要、そしてその不動産に対して付けられている権利関係が記されています。売主以外の所有権の有無や、担保ローン内容などもわかりますので、しっかりチェックしましょう。見方がわからない場合は弁護士、司法書士または仲介業者に尋ねましょう。

A The real estate property register is referring to a real estate, land, building,
location area etc. The buyer have to be careful to contact the right person who is an
expert of real estate. To read carefully the context of the loan documents is a must.
When the context is not clear enough, better to take an advice from lawyer,
judicial scrivener or a broker.
