Q10．入居審査ではどのような書類が必要となりますか。
A 賃貸人が提出された入居申込書記載の内容を検討し、賃借人として適当かどうかを判断する審査のことです。この結果で契約できるか否かが決まります。審査にあたっては、身分証明にあたるものとし外国人登録証（正式名称は外国人登録証明書）またはパスポートの提示、働いている人の場合は勤務証明書、学生の場合は在学証明証の提出などを求められる事があります。
Q10. What kind of documents is necessary to present to sign a lease?
A To sign a lease at first you`ll have to fill an Application form.
The documents has to be presented is a passport, visa and alien registration card.
For students "Student certification" from school and for working person
"Working certificate" from company. After the examination period
( usually it takes 1 to 2 days ), the person in charge will contact you
via e-mail or phone call.
